What is included with a Force 10 package?

That is completely up to you! Since the Force 10 building system is so completely customizable, we can incorporate just about any hardware, doors, windows, or styles that you might want into the design of your house.

The following vendors work directly with Force 10 and provide preassembled or flat-packed products that are shipped directly with the Force 10 system, to ease assembly and construction in the field. Windows come pre-mounted, and all doors come pre-hung. Ceiling, window, and door treatments are also provided, as are the materials for all panel and ceiling joint taping. All roofing, fascias, gutters and downspouts are also included, as are all structural steel members and trusses.

How long does it take to construct a Force 10 Building?

Once the design has been accepted, it generally takes six weeks to fabricate and be ready for shipment. Shipping from Australia usually takes between two to three weeks to Honolulu, Hawaii.

However, these times can vary due to the following factors; lead time for non-standard items, complicated designs or large structures, availability of stock from suppliers, destination for shipping, etc. An indication of exact delivery times will be given on confirmation of order.

How do you finish Force 10 wall panels?

The panels are supplied with rebated edges ready for standard drywall fiberglass tape and sanded-off to create a finish that looks identical to conventional drywall without the nail indents from fixing to studs.
