In order to replace an older single-walled home that was due for retirement, this house was constructed with affordability and speed of construction in mind.
With the actual assembly of the house, from footings to roofing, taking only 5 weeks, this left everyone with ample time (and a slightly increased budget) to finish the house out in classic north-shore comfort.
Featuring two bedrooms, a single bath, a seperate covered carport and storage room, as well as a wrap around hard-wood deck, this offered an affordable solution that will survive the elements.
